No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, unless otherwise specified by RivetSkull LLC (the “Sponsor”). Entry in this giveaway ("the Sweepstakes") constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these official rules. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes Entry Period begins at 12:00 AM (PT) on Friday January 20, 2023 and ends on Friday March 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM (PT).
HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, you may submit an entry form online at https://show.co/DYH6hUl. Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of whether a person has more than one address/email address or more than one person uses the same address/email address.
PRIZE WINNER SELECTION
There will be one (1) winner randomly selected each week among all of the eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, for a total of twelve (12) winners (each, a “Prize Winner”). The random drawing for each week will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee or similar automated drawing site or other randomization methods selected in Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Once an entry is submitted, it will be eligible for each weekly drawing throughout the sweepstakes period. For example, if you entered the Sweepstakes during the first week of January and you did not win, you will have a chance to win a prize in the drawing for the second week of January based upon all eligible entries received.
PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION & VALIDATION
Each Prize Winner will receive (a) RivetSkull merchandise item(s) selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. All selections are subject to availability. Each prize (or prize bundle) has an approximate retail value of $20, and all prizes have an approximate retail value of $240.
Each Prize Winner will be contacted by a member of the RivetSkull Marketing team via email to the email address submitted with the Prize Winner's entry within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing date. Each Prize Winner will be required to email his/her name and shipping address no later than April 30, 2023. If a potential Prize Winner does not email his/her information by April 30, 2023, or if a potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Official Rules, then the potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received. Any return of prize notification or prize email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor's discretion, be randomly selected.

Sponsor Will Not Be Responsible for Any Potential Prize Winner’s Failure to Respond Within the Requisite Timeframe.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, a Prize Winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and administrators to use such Prize Winner’s name, address (city, state, and country only), and biographical material for any advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without further notice, compensation, consideration, review, or consent.

Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail service, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize and Prize Winner. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes and select a winner from among all eligible entries received up until and or after (if applicable) the time of modification, cancellation or termination or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by the Sponsor. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by the Sponsor are final. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message entries are permitted.

Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold RivetSkull LLC and any of their affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize.

The personal information collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to RivetSkull's Privacy Policy, located at www.rivetskull.com/privacypolicy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.
